Her subordinates instinctively trust her and allow her to take charge. She was trained and has managed projects using various methodologies including the traditional information engineering, PMI, SEI’s CMM, waterfall and SAFE/Agile methodologies and hybrids thereof. She is also trained and has practiced ITIL to streamline Service Management and has successfully integrated the best practices of ITIL into her practice of Six Sigma. Her project portfolio ranges from straight-forward application development, mergers and acquisition programs, PMO procedure development, infrastructure software installation, customization and implementation.
